Please refer to the following terms and conditions carefully associated with all the services provided by Hsk Docs. 

• In some (very rare) cases, you might be asked to pay extra charges, which will be justified to you during the time of service and the payment invoice.

• In some (very rare) cases, you might have to visit the government office, and they may demand extra money from you in cash.

• You may be asked to submit some additional documents in case it is requested by the government

• In some cases, the registration or approval of an application might take longer than the promised time. This delay may be caused due to one or multiple of the following reasons.

  • An issue in the government or registration portal

  • Payment gateway issues

  • Delay in the submission of application

  • Delay in the processing of documents

  • Error in the retrieval of information.

  • Delay from the government or registrar office end

  • Delay due to national holidays or strikes

• If any government fees are paid by the client directly to the respective authority or gateway, Hsk Docs is not responsible for its refund or any errors that occurred during the processing of the same.

• The terms and conditions mentioned above apply to all our services, even if not directly intimidated during the time of initiation.
